Torn between morality & legality if the law does not address some issues, however minor

Eg saying metaphorically injuring person ... person is still injured even if not physically so, mentally, psychological & even spiritually affected as then how immoral should one get so that one does not repeatedly suffer such abuses, be it from the same or other person ... so that makes it alright to use strong metaphors ... then do expect society to degenerate into a rut where the immoral reigns, coz the moral ain't going to use anything immoral to combat this ...
